PureSpirIT Kicks off in Victoria, BC!

Each year, PureSpirIT Solutions distinguishes itself by organizing an immersive, offsite, week-long retreat for the entire company to come together, celebrate, and regroup for the year ahead.

This annual gathering serves as a powerful yearly kickoff, where each department takes the stage to present their achievements from the past year, share valuable lessons learned, and outline their future goals in line with departmental and company objectives.

This collaborative approach ensures that we continue to grow and strengthen as a team, sharing a unified goal.

Our kickoff is not only about enhancing our team spirit but also about celebrating our dedicated individuals and reaffirming our significant contributions as a proud Canadian enterprise. From our home base in Ottawa, to our teams working hard in cities across the country, our strength lies in our unity under one mission: delivering technology excellence from Coast to Coast.

In 2026, PureSpirIT was privileged to celebrate its annual kickoff by spending the full week in beautiful Victoria, BC – the traditional territory of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples, including the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations who have stewarded the region and its waters since time immemorial.
