Driving the digital transformation is no easy feat; to do it, PureSpirIT is powered by a workhorse team of industry professionals and subject-matter experts:

Brian Doxtator – Chief Executive Officer
Brian Doxtator is a business leader with nearly 40 years of varied experiences – from primarily technical roles in the early stages of his career, to managerial and organizational leadership roles over the course of time. During his career, he has been a Professional Manager, and over the past 15 years, a Business Owner as well, understanding the needs for growing teams, growing organizational capacity and growing customer satisfaction, to facilitate long term business expansion and success. Growing up in the Bay of Quinte area provided him an opportunity to embrace both the countryside and small city Canadian life. He has lived in the Greater Toronto Area, and for the past 24 years, has had the great fortune of living in Ottawa, a City that combines rural and urban life in a wonderful way. As a member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, Brian relishes the time he can spend in the Quinte area, on his family property nearby to the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. This connection to his heritage and formative years has played a big part in his development as a business leader and, he hopes, as a good and decent person. An engineer by education, Brian is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and until 2021, also was a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Later, I earned a postgraduate diploma in Applied Information Technology in Toronto, graduating with distinction. In 2011, I discovered my Indigenous heritage when the Qalipu Mi’kmaq First Nation was recognized as a landless band in western Newfoundland by Order in Council. Deeply connected to my roots, I continue to return home several times each year to support my community and maintain strong ties with family—values that remain central to who I am, both personally and professionally.
